Disputes

  • All disputes arising from or related to the terms of this application/agreement, including interpretation, eligibility, or any rights and obligations of the parties involved, shall be resolved through amicable mutual discussion.

  • If unresolved, the aggrieved party may approach the adjudicating authority under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA).

  • The courts of Gurgaon, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all such matters.
